Information we collect

We only collect information you give us directly through our quote request form:

• Contact information — name, mobile phone number, email address, and state of residence.
• Information needed to quote coverage — date of birth, coverage goals and amount, budget, tobacco use, general health status, and any health conditions you choose to share.
• Your communication preferences — whether you consented to be contacted by phone, email, or text, and the best time to reach you.

We do not ask for your Social Security number, bank details, or payment information through this website. If you decide to apply for a policy, that information is collected later, directly by the insurance carrier through their own secure application.

How we use your information

• To prepare life insurance quotes and identify carriers you may qualify with.
• To contact you about your request by phone, email, or text message.
• To submit an application to an insurance carrier on your behalf, if and only if you ask us to.
• To service a policy you purchase through us — including premium draft reminders, policy updates, and annual reviews.
• To meet our legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations as a licensed insurance agency.

Text messaging

If you opt in to text messages, you may receive messages about your quote, your application status, appointment confirmations, and premium payment reminders. Message frequency varies, typically 2–6 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for assistance. Opting out of texts does not affect your coverage or your ability to work with us by phone or email. Full details are in our SMS Terms.

Who we share information with

We share your information only as needed to do what you asked us to do:

• Insurance carriers — when you ask us to submit an application or obtain a formal quote.
• Service providers — the vendors that host our website, store our records, and deliver our email and text messages. They are permitted to use your information only to provide services to us.
• When required by law — to regulators, or in response to a valid legal request.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

We retain quote requests and client records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet insurance recordkeeping requirements, which are typically several years after a policy ends. You may request deletion of your information at any time, subject to those legal retention obligations.

Your choices

• Stop texts — reply STOP to any message.
• Stop calls or emails — tell us, and we'll note it in our records.
• See, correct, or delete your information — email us and we'll respond promptly.

Depending on your state, you may have additional rights over your personal information. We honor those requests regardless of where you live.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information you give us, including encrypted transmission and access-controlled storage. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll revise the date at the top of this page.
